The following Terms & Conditions, together with any estimate, fee quotation, proposal, or scope of work provided to the Client, constitute the Agreement between the Client and SL GROUPS.

• Overview
  At SL GROUPS, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality marine engineering, testing, and calibration services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms, which ensure clarity, safety, and smooth operations for all parties.

• Services Provided
  SL GROUPS offers a wide range of services, including ballast water management system testing, VGP compliance sampling, fuel oil testing, VPMS installation, and sensor calibration & marine surveying. All work is carried out with care, technical expertise, and in line with international maritime standards. Reports and analyses are specific to the samples tested and the services requested.

• Sample Handling
  Samples provided for analysis will be stored for up to three months or as required by regulations. After this period, SL GROUPS is not responsible for the samples. Extended storage or special handling may incur additional charges.

• Third-Party Engagements
  SL GROUPS may work with trusted agents or subcontractors to perform certain services. All necessary information will be shared responsibly to maintain high service standards. If SL GROUPS witnesses third-party procedures, our responsibility is limited to observation and reporting. We are not responsible for the actions, equipment, or results of third parties.

• Fees and Payments
  Fees will be agreed upon before work begins. If not pre-determined, standard rates will apply, along with applicable taxes. Payments must be made within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges at a standard rate.

• General Terms
  SL GROUPS provides expert services and guidance but does not assume any duties or obligations of the client or third parties. These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulations, industry standards, or operational practices.
